Messaging Terms

These Messaging Terms govern text (SMS/MMS) messages sent through Momenta. Momenta provides software that real-estate agents use to communicate with the people who contact them. When you message an agent who uses Momenta, or provide your phone number to that agent, messages may be sent and received through our platform on that agent’s behalf.

Program description

Momenta sends conversational and follow-up text messages on behalf of licensed real-estate agents to the leads, clients, and contacts who have engaged with them — for example, to answer an inquiry, ask qualifying questions about what you’re looking for, share information, or follow up. Some replies may be drafted with the assistance of automated tools and reviewed or sent by the agent or their assistant.

Consent

By providing your mobile number to an agent who uses Momenta, or by initiating a text conversation with them, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry and your relationship with that agent. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies based on your conversation and needs.

Opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you texts. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. To opt back in, contact the agent directly.

Help — reply HELP

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at designer@uxokdc.com.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Momenta does not charge you for messages, but your carrier may. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Supported carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in information or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information you share in a conversation is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The agent you are communicating with controls your contact information and how they follow up with you.
